Really excellent homemade appetizer composed of typical cheeses of the area accompanied by particular cured meats, such as wild boar and deer salami. I ate the pizza which was really excellent both in terms of thickness and quality of the ingredients. Both the tagliatelle with truffle and the mixed fried food were also tasted by the family. All truly exceptional. Heartfelt congratulations to the pizza chef and the cook and to all the really friendly, helpful and quick staff HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
